One day, your problem, our developers on your site with your field teams. At the end of the day you don’t leave with a service offer: you have watched a prototype run on your own data.

  1. Why it exists

    Between the moment an operational problem is named and the moment someone shows you something that works, there are normally months of scoping, tendering and approvals. By the time it ships, the context has changed and the momentum is gone.

    So we stripped out everything that isn’t needed to answer a single question: can this work? The answer comes in one day.

  2. How the day runs

    Our specialists write an “operational processes” brief on your problem, so our developers arrive with your vocabulary and your landmarks. The day opens with an interview block with your subject-matter experts, in problem-exploration mode: the moment someone proposes a solution, the facilitator steers back. Prototyping comes next, while your experts validate and redirect continuously, which replaces weeks of back-and-forth.

    At the end of the day we demo the prototype live. Over the following weeks we finish it and hand you a full report at a dedicated meeting.

  3. What you leave with
    • A working prototype, built on your real data
    • Technical documentation and a feasibility analysis
    • An estimate of the return on investment
    • A final report you can use as the starting point of a project

    Whether you go ahead or not, your problem comes out documented and the dead ends are ruled out.

  4. Deliverables scored against a grid

    The deliverable is scored against a weighted criteria grid you receive before the day: real impact on your problem, technical feasibility, clarity of the presentation and quality of the report. You are the one who applies it, and your comments come back to our team.

    So you know from the outset what you are entitled to expect, and we know what we are being measured on.

  5. Your data stays with you

    None of your documents ends up in a public artificial intelligence tool. The rule comes from our ISO 27001 process, which we started before anyone required it of us.

  6. The first one

    In May 2026 we ran the first hackathon with a working mine. The problems came from them: ramp traffic, underground remuck inventories, metal detection at the grizzly. Some of them bore directly on the safety of workers underground.

    Every prototype was demonstrated live the same day, then delivered with its report in the following weeks. The client scored the deliverables between 85 and 96 out of 100, with problem understanding receiving top marks across the board.
